MEET THE GLC COACHES:
Jennie Overstreet:
Varsity Coach at Christ Church Episcopal School. Six years coaching at the collegiate level (DII). Lacrosse Head Pro Nike Camps in Boston, Tampa, and Miami. National Tournament Team Coach (2015, 2023, & 2024), UpperState Assistant Coach of the Year (2023, 24, & 25), Head Varsity Coach at Socastee (2 years). Played Division III in New Jersey and on a Post Collegiate Team based out of NY. GreenLight Lacrosse Coach/Club Lacrosse since 2015.
Kristy Schumacher:
Head Varsity Coach at JL Mann HS (18 years; 20 years coaching total). 7-time State Champions. Coach of the Year (2015). National Tournament Director (3 years), National Tournament Coach (2 years). Coach Schumacher has served as the South Carolina Lacrosse Coaches Association President, VP, and Secretary, one of the first coaches in the state of South Carolina. Played Division III Lacrosse at SUNY Cortland State (New York). GreenLight Lacrosse Coach/Club Lacrosse for 20 years. Founding coach of GreenLight Lacrosse.
Aubrie Lauderdale:
Varsity Head Coach at Spartanburg High School (5 years). Graduated from Greenville High School as all time leading scorer. National Tournament Team Coach (2023 & 2025), South Carolina Coaches Association Treasurer. Played DII College lacrosse at Converse College and was 2x Offensive Player of the Year and Rookie of the Year. Coach Aubrie is a GreenLight Lacrosse Alumni and GLC coach since 2022.
Gracie Flaspoehler:
Head JV Coach at Christ Church Episcopal School. Played collegiate club lacrosse at Clemson University. Graduated from Greenville High School. Gracie was a member of the National Tournament team and was named South Carolina Player of the Year her senior year. She is also an alumni of GreenLight Lacrosse Club and Coach with GLC since 2022.
Lanie Graves:
Assistant Varsity Coach at Spartanburg High School. Graduated from Lander University where she played all 4 years.
Other local high school coaches, collegiate coaches, and top level high school players will assist and work with players on all levels.
